I spent some time on their webpage and couldn’t find what I was looking for. So, I went into the shop. I was greeted by several staff and the customer service was outstanding. The owner chatted with me about the webpage and apologized. They fixed me up with what I needed and then some. So, glad I went in to the store!!!

My grandparents always went to Mark Jewelers and the tradition continues. You will never find the quality of diamonds, customer service anywhere else.
I had two rings with nice diamonds but I wasn’t wearing either of them. Karla was so helpful in figuring out how to use my two diamonds and incorporate a new diamond into a 3 stone ring. I absolutely love my ring. We are so fortunate to have such a respected jewelers store on the Northside of LaCrosse. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Mark Jewelers
