They cancelled twice and then we had to hound them to get the estimate for the work to be done. Funny that they showed up on the day we called them when they could charge for "emergency" repairs but they have no interest in the day to day work. Not how you should run a business.
Great response time and quality work. Had ventilation issues with my furnace/hot water heater chimney. Called Sunday and they were here Monday morning for the repair work. Highly recommend them if anyone needs chimney work done.
