Dr. Mark has cared for our two daughters since birth and we have always had wonderful experiences with him and his staff. I truly feel that he cares about our children and their wellbeing. I have never felt rushed while in his office. He takes time to explain his recommendations and the reasoning behind them. I would and have recommended him to anyone looking for a pediatrician in the area.
Great doc. Cares about what he does and is very thorough. It's a shame people can just come on here and blast him personally when their issue is obviously with the staff....who has always been nice to me. It sounds like one of these folks decided Dr Mark was obviously good enough to come back to and is mad because they don't want doctor shoppers.
Would NOT recommend! Very rushed, not thorough and our last straw was this past week when I called THREE TIMES telling the "wonderful" nurses how sick my child is and every time they said "she doesn't sound sick enough to come in, Dr. Mark will not see her." ended up having to go to the ER and she is very sick, now on an antibiotic and a steroid because of this office and the neglect at seeing and treating patients. Feel like a horrible parent wasting the time coming here as long as we did.

I'm sorry if you ever had this impression. If anything I tend to get in trouble for hanging around in a room too long. I know that a sick child can be a stressful situation, but I'm hopeful she is feeling better. I hope you are happy with wherever your child is going now.
The best Pediatrician we have found, we went to a couple before we Found Dr. Mark, he and his whole staff is great!

Nothing but idiots there tried many times to schedule my sick child an appointment didn't have any open any time I called so took her to another dr .now they won't accept my child at all saying she's jo longer a patient because I took her to a different dr. Who refuses care to a sick child

Sorry you had an experience that was less than pleasant. Not sure if the name calling is warranted though. I promise we try to get everyone in ASAP when needed. A latter call will usually bump you into a next day appointment and that can be hard to hear when you want something done that day. It seems like you have had a hard time finding the right Pediatrician for your needs. Good luck.
