I felt like I was in very good hands with Dr. Sando. He took the time to answer all my questions/concerns and explained the procedure in layman’s terms. He has amazing bedside manner which you find so many doctors lack these days. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a surgeon.
Dr Sando is amazing! I had suffered with severe carpal tunnel in both my hands for years. I had always heard the nightmare stories from people who had had surgeries to correct their problem. After Dr Sando operated on both of my hands, I have had absolutely no pain, tingling or numbness at all. I really can’t believe it! I simply can’t thank him enough and highly recommend him.
My very special needs daughter had a fracture to her heel. He appropriately treated her - never over or under diagnosed her and treated her and us with the upmost respect. Something that I can't seem to obtain with my 23 year old special needs daughter who tends to be at a very young age mentally. He and his staff are professional, caring, and see the person as a person worth treating with great care. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend them!
Excellent service!! I visited Dr. Sando office for a strained rotator cup. I was in severe pain Dr. Sando took the initiative to comfort my shoulder. I was referred to Physical Therapy but my chief complaint of severe pain I decided to have surgery on my shoulder. I went to Dr. Sando after my surgeon (total knee replacement) ignored my complaints of repeated and severe pain at 5 months post-op. Dr. Sando examined me, treated me with respect and discussed possible causes of the pain. He requested lab work and physical therapy and I was treated in his PT office 7 times over a month. With my diligence following the home program, I am pain free and walking better. Thank you, Dr. Sando!!! My only possible complaint would we the wait time in his office, estimated at 20-30 minutes.
Extremely satisfied with the results of my rotator cuff surgery and the subsequent therapy. Dr Sando has a great bedside manor and exudes confidence.
