I liked how he told me how to take care of my injury
Dr. Sando is courteous and professional. He takes the time to explain all options of treatment and care. As a college athlete, the importance of getting healthy and returning to training is crucial. Dr. Sando has kept expectations realistic before and after surgery as to when I could return playing softball. He is definitely a surgeon who cares about the patient's needs for success in the future.
Professional, kind, and a gentle touch for an orthopedist. I had fluid removed from my knee, expected it to be painful.. it wasn’t. Dr Sando explained everything before he did it and that made the experience tolerable. I would definitely used him again if needed

I have had multiple visits over the past couple of years. One was for a distal radius wrist fracture that later required nerve damage repair surgery, also performed by Dr. Sando. Most recently was for a knee injury. He was able to see the very same day. As always, I found him to be very professional and thorough, answering all of my questions, treating my injury, and very knowledgeable about my ongoing underlying conditions. I highly recommend Dr. Sando.
Dr Sando, took the time to explain everything about the surgery, what he could do depending on what he found when he was in surgery. Wish I would have found Dr. Sando for my first surgery instead of my 3rd surgery on my right knee. During my 1st post op appointment, he was very pleased with my progress. He also showed me photos of my surgery and it really drove home that I found the best surgeon.
