I have been going to him for years- the BEST in the area!
Staff inflexible and not helpful no sense of responsibility
I have been to Dr. Gwynn a few time and every time she is in such a rush to get you in and out you don't get a chance to ask her all of your questions. The staff is extremely unresponsive. You have to call multiple times to get a prescription refilled. The office manager refuses to facilitate the patience requests. All in all very poorly run office.
Female, 50's. Moved to the area in 2012 and chose Dr. Gwynn as new dermatologist based on several recommendations from current patients. Good choice. Very pleased with her treatment of both a chronic skin disorder and the damage from decades in the sun. She's very thorough and takes the time to discuss the problems and suggested therapies and answer all my questions.
Dr. Gamber is very efficient and thorough. She doesn't keep you waiting and as someone previously stated, have all your questions and concerns ready ahead of time. I've been going to her for several years and appreciate the fact that she is efficient. I will add that I have never felt rushed during my appointment. While I do agree that her manner is somewhat detached, I'm not seeing her to be best friends. I want a doctor that knows their stuff and doesn't keep me waiting and Dr. Gamber is that person!
some staff members have been rude to me but Drs. Jaffe and O'neil have been great! I would recommend their services to anyone but the people in their office are not very polite
I just love her. F all y'all haters. She may be fast but she knows what she is talking about.
The office is always behind. Waited an hour to be seen after the assistant came into the room. Also behind the times with office forms.
Approaching 70 yrs., I thought I had just the typical skin discolorations and growths of a elderly 'outdoorsy' person. Dr. Gwynn performed a very thorough examination. She explained her concerns clearly and took biopsies from several sites. When the results came back, she again communicated very clearly their 'meaning', her suggested course of action, and my alternatives.
