So I dropped off a 4 wheeler at Mark Honda Mark 4 Honda over a month and a half ago. I was told they were busy but thought they would have it in and out in two weeks. Now I have been on the mountain working so no phone service. Last week leslie was told that the parts were in and they were going to get on it, and it would be ready for her to pickup today Friday as she was planning to bring it to me on Saturday, tomorrow. Just bought a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer. Only took about one hour and out the door to hook up. The paperwork was great and the people we dealt with were great!
I walked in the dealership this morning looking for a motorcycle. They don’t carry it. Guy working in there just told me they won’t get that type without a deposit, understandable. I then found one I liked. I sat on it, walked around it for quite some time. I was completely ignored. I actually had a few questions but he was too busy to deal with me I guess. The guys at Swampfox in Bluefield are 10000000% more friendly.
Awesome 100% best experience at any dealership I have ever been to.
I would never recommend anyone to get their bike serviced here. I needed a stage 1 jet kit installed on my bike and $250 later, they handed me my carburetor in 50 pieces in a box. horrible service, horrible work. all around the worst possible experience.
