This review is for John Matz. John was the listing agent on a house I purchased in September of 2024. He represented his daughters in the sale of their home which they had lived in for 10 years. I moved in, and in October noticed that the upstairs was very cold. Stephanie helped me buy and sell my house in Tacoma. She was the most knowledgeable realtor I've ever done business with. She was transparent and never tried to force something on me i didn't want. She told it to me straight for better or for worse, and gave me all my pros and cons..... at the end I felt like she had my best interest at heart and the money she made was just a plus.
