I had pretty much resigned myself to accepting dentist appoint as one of the circles of hell when I received the flower in the mail. Mark Herman Seemed like an interesting choice Considering let my most recent dentist had advised me to do some Rather expensive work. As good as the original dentist was in advising me of my options for a tooth removal and partial denture replacement, the front desk staff of at Mark A Herman was very rude and misleading concerning the pricing/payment schedule for my scope of work. I had the dentist remove my tooth but I didn’t go back to get the rest of the work done, because of the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. I lost my trust in Mark A. Terrible service, rude attention, mistreatment of patients, the Spanish-speaking receptionist of Colombian descent is arrogant, rustic, rude, they think that the work they do is free, so that they are so sloppy, but I never come back TERRIBLE SERVICIO, TERRIBLE ATENCION A LOS PASIENTES, RECEPSIONISTAS GROCERAS, PREPOTENTENTES, EGOCENTRICAS QUE QUIEREN HACER VER A LOS PASIENTES COMO ESTUPIDOS

Dr Mark Herman was recommended by friends who have been using him for years. They had nothing but good things to say. I’m glad that my husband & I make the switch. The staff is friendly & efficient. Dr Herman & the other specialists are true professionals.. We’ve been in Florida since the mid 80’s. This, by far, is the best dental office we have ever used.
