Even though he is seeing me at a very vulnerable moment the care that he took for both of the appointments and how he listens was beyond measure. No matter who I see at Union Memorial I am always happy with their care.
Dr. Hasenauer was very patient and thorough in explaining my upcoming surgery. He also encouraged questions throughout his explanation. I was very impressed by him and his staff. A very professional and top notch operation.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Hasenauer and his team. It's not a question for myself or any family member for any future surgeries, we will only go with this individual or his accomplished team of associates at Medstar Union Memorial. For quick context, I partially tore a ligament in my hip and unfortunately opted for an arthroscopic surgery with a different surgeon and institution. Dr Hasenauer is absolutely wonderful. He truly cares about his patients. He never rushes you and always ask if we have any questions or concerns. He also explains things so we know what is going on, treatments, etc
I’ve had an excellent experience with Mark. The Cortizone shots have helped my knees significantly. However, I know I will need knee replacements and feel very confident that Mark will do a great job. A neighbor of mine, and former ravens player had two four hour operations by Mark and he has been very satisfied with the results.
