Dr Hasenauer, seem to care about my knee issues and showed geniune interest in my issues with my knee.
It’s tough getting an appointment in any medical facility because you have to wait several weeks to several months to get in to see a doctor. This time was pretty much the same, so no surprises there. Once the appointment was made communication from MedSTAR was timely and appreciated. The ability to Complete the intake forms online is very helpful, if reduces the wait time in the waiting room. Dr Hasenauer was great.
