amazing staff /customer service – I had heard from friends that this was the place to go, but being in Chestnut Hill I was a little intimidated because I know it's a wealthier area than I'm used to. Extremely Poor Customer Service – I ordered hundreds of dollars of personalized stationary from Mark Harris. A portion of the stationary came in and was printed incorrectly. I immediately notified the owner and explained the problem. She told me that it was my fault and that they could reprint them at my cost ($50). I explained that I had ordered the stationary to be printed exactly as I had seen it their catalogue and that the larger portion of the order was correct and I had just spent hundreds of dollars.
