It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark Harris Stationers! I just received my invitations and I'm so pleased with them! I worked directly with Candy and she made this process such a breeze. I have to say, this was the least stressful things I've had to do in my whole planning process, and it's all thanks to her. I would definitely recommend working with Mark Harris Stationers!

Customer loses supplies tries to blame store!!!! – Mark Harris has been around for 30+years,that already says something about them!!! They are going to have to deal with some pretty difficult customers in that time. In this case a customer known as "Theyblameme" ,"stoptheshopping"and "Thereviewer101"is the perfect example of someone that doesn't want to take responsiblity for their actions! TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS – Unprofessional and disorganized. They do not discount at all , most other places do. They are slow to return calls and make personal calls while making you wait. Not very helpful or creative.

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS – They blamed me for a loss of supplies! They were very inofficiant, not helpful, and the loss of supplies cost me a lot of money. They wouldn't do anything to help. NEVER go there. I do not recommend it to any one. Never doing business there again.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! – Every time I shop at the Chestnut Hill mall I have to stop at "Mark Harris" I love that store! I did all of my 3 daughters wedding invitations there and will be going back for my 4th daughter's wedding! The staff is so creative, helpful and accommodating! Looking forward to getting my first granddaughter's gifts there as well. I strongly recommend you to see the store and to work with their knowledgeable staff! Open everyday and late! – I've never been married before or had to help plan a wedding so I had no idea what I was doing. They all were very helpful through it all. I needed save-the-dates, wedding invitations, programs, menus, placecards, thank you notes etc... They have a huge selection and they also sell frames and photo albums so I was able to do one stop shopping. They're in a mall so they are open late and everyday. Over all it was a great painless experience and I would recommend Mark Harris.

Awful customer service, disorganized. – Ordered Holiday cards. They arrived with a misprint. Contacted the store, they apologized and said the replacement would be there in a couple of days. Did not receive, called to check and they flew off the handle, yelling at me that it was because of a snow storm and then hung up! The replacement arrived very late, right before Christmas, but it was WRONG AGAIN!! I called and they said they'd issue a credit. They never did. Now disputing off credit card.
