This amazing man saved my daughter’s life 27 years ago. Another doctor instructed me to take my infant home. That was it. She was in CHF with a major hole in her heart. Dr. Hoyer repaired the hole that was causing 7 times the amount of blood to go to her lungs than was circulating in her body. I was told she wouldn’t live long enough to go to kindergarten, but Dr Hoyer has given me 27 additional years with the most precious gift . He is an absolute angel! I can not say enough good things about this man!
