Excellent visit. Good mix of technology and human contact. Dr. Hadfield was excellent.
Dr. Hatfield is very professional and explains all of the procedures slowly and clearly. He perform surgery on my right shoulder three years ago and it has been perfect. I have all the confidence in the world that my upcoming surgery on my left shoulder Will also again be perfect.
I was made at ease .He explained the pros and cons of my arm and surgery. I was very comfortable with everything.I would highly recommend Dr.Hadfield to anyone.
Dr. Hadfield carefully explained the issues I was having. He told me what could be done to alleviate the problem. He’s very professional. He did not rush me and answered my questions. I feel very comfortable with the decision to have surgery. This is not the first time I have seen Dr. Hadfield. He repaired the torn cartilage in my knee about 12 years ago. It’s been perfect ever since. I would highly recommend him to anyone with knee or shoulder problems.

Dr. Hadfield was very straight shooter which was much appreciated. My surgery (at 49 years old) was pretty extensive with a full rotator cuff tear, bone spurs, defragmented bicep, and some other stuff as well. All went well and Dr. Hadfield at first was skeptic due to the damage that I would gain full rotation back in my shoulder, however after 8 months post-op that is exactly what happened. No waiting I arrived on time checked in and was promptly seen. Very pleasant visit wasn’t rushed even discussed separately issue.The staff there is helpful and caring.Best Doc ever !!!!!
