I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor, primarily due to his unprofessional demeanor and lack of basic empathy. From the beginning, his bedside manner was cold and dismissive, making it difficult to feel heard or respected as a patient. After all his appointments I would feel more stressed and depressed. Dr. Bouffard is a genius and his office staff is superb. He quarterbacks my care with finesse; any needs I have, he cares for. I have been seeing him for two years for back spasms, osteoarthritis, and nerve damage, and most recently he referred me to a doctor for wound care, since the skin on one foot is breaking down (due to botched a botched surgery by a doctor at Desert Orthopedic Center—caution). This doctor does struggle with eye contact but he really wants to help, and help in a much more scientifically supported way than following trends and current hand wringing on the political landscape, that leave people like me to writhe in pain till we die. One star gone for Enola Bentley, who is also a practitioner at his office, and a terrible one. She's not even a real doctor, and she's very judgemental and invested in pop psychology. Bouffard is the master; don't settle for her
I wish zero (0) stars was avaliable because that is what this medical office deserves. Thanks to their unprofessional medical assistant staff I will no longer have to go to this 2.0-3.0 Bouffard medical office because I was redirected by my insurance to a 4.8-5.0 Dr.. This office definitely is cherry-picking their patients. They are bias and so misleading.
