Stay far away from this management company. They don’t care if you have heat or hot water in the freezing winter. They lie and tell you will fix things and they don’t do it!! They are liars, crooks and very unprofessional. Don’t get me started on XAVIER. The so called property manager aka errand boy. He might be the biggest liar of them all. I repeat do not rent from these slum lords!!!!!
Worst company I have ever seen manage a building! If you are looking to move to vallery Arms STAY AWAY! as it will be impossible for you to move Any of your stuff the administration is a bunch of morons and are sticklers for every little thing! Taj who handles the building that I lived in is not helpful and has a terrible attitude. Be careful with this management company!
My move-out experience is actually good... Erica mostly replied to my email under 5 minutes and the deposit was mailed to my new address within a week. Yet there are certainly rules around moving.
