Richard was easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and he not only fixed the situation we were dealing with (annual cleaning plus a bird's nest in the dryer vent!) but he went above and beyond to take wildlife-safe steps to deter the birds from coming back. The whole time, Richard was also very polite and professional. I found that the ac duct cleaning cost was very reasonable as well.
