Expert Dentist and Staff I have been a patient of Dr. Castor's office for a while and have been happy with the work. I read the last review and I have seen different staff on different occasions but I have always been more than satisfied with the level of ability and professionalism they have displayed. Good Employees Should Be Valued Dr. Castor seems to be a good and knowledgable dentist but he has such a big turn over in staff. The staff are friendly and very caring but he doesn't treat them very well from what I've seen. He also was very rushed and seemed very tense when he was filling my tooth. The assistant was great, very sweet and friendly, but seemed so nervous when Dr. Castor came in. When I heard the way he talked to her I could see why she was nervous. faith2011 This review is mainly to warn future dental assistants from leaving an already good job to this intense office. Make sure you do a working interview for several days before accepting a position with him. I have been assisting for over six years, mostly in general dentistry I am friendly, courteous, and a quick learner, but knew it would not work out with him when he stopped me in the hallway to tell me I did not need to " Babysit" an 80 yr old woman that was in to get her partial fixed. . Great Experience I have been to Castor Dental Group several times and I have always found them to be pleasant and professional. Dr. Castor and staff are thorough and treated me with respect. They cleaned and examined my teeth, checked for any problems in my mouth and asked if I had any concerns. My experience with their office has always been excellent and I will recommend their office to friends and family.
Great office Dr.Castor and staff saw me on an emergency basis. I was in extreme pain and Dr.Castor was able to provide immediate relief. I have been to many dental offices because my job has moved my family around. I have found Castor Dental Group to be superior in their quality of care and personal service. Great dentist Everyone's medical office has it's ups and downs. Dr. Castor does great work. He let's you know is needed but has never pushed me to complete. I want a office that lets me know what the issues are! He does seem to have staff turn over. But for the last year plus the same people are there and they truly CARE. The front desk person seems to remember everything and the hygienist is so careful and thorough. I have and would recommend the office
