I went in because I had and infected tooth that needed to be extracted. The assistant told me before my procedure 'let us know if you're in any pain, we have plenty of local anesthesia that we can add'. The numbing process was very painful but I handled it pretty well. After the procedure started, I told them multiple times that I was in pain and was ignored. It was a very good experience. Dr. Orr and his staff were very professional and friendly. They took me in for a tooth extraction when other offices were not available. For my implant surgery and graft, he explained the procedure and included me in the decision options. Pre and Post operative instructions were given to me. The procedure went well. I had some swelling, but this is normal. They gave post operative information on how to take care of the implant post and graft area. I highly recommend them! Anne D.

Dr. Orr has been my Dad's oral surgeon for many years. During this time he promptly responded to multiple oral emergencies due to Dad's osteoradionecrosis of the jaw, as a result of post head and neck cancer/radiation in 2013. Dr. Orr presents sincere care for my father's oral issues and is super supportive . He has been available after hours due to urgent issues. Several times he teamed up with Dad's other medical providers to collaborate and advise. I highly recommend Dr. Oral.

If i could give this a 0 star, i would. I have high anxiety regarding dental work, and this surgeon compared me to his children, didn't warn me when stabbing me with lidocaine in the roof of my mouth causing me to scream, and he said "quiet, our customers can hear you." They turned up the nitrous way too high and I thought I was dying, and it seemed humorous to the surgeon. Within the first few minutes of our appointment the Dr. Orr, I had complete confidence in his ability to take great care of our son for wisdom teeth extraction. He explained his X-ray findings, looked in his mouth and gave us options according to these findings. Totally professional and caring. Would highly recommend him to anyone. We were referred by a friend and I’m so happy we were - we had consulted another oral surgeon and Dr. Orr hands down was a much better fit for our family.

Great person and professional. Broken tooth with root still embedded in gum; quick and efficient extraction and he has a great sense of humor, too.

I am one of those patients with pretty bad dental anxiety. I was referred to Dr Orr to have my wisdom teeth out and 2 additional teeth pulled. I was able to get an appt fast. The initial consultation went great. Dr Orr and his staff are extremely kind and will take the time to explain everything you should expect and put my mind at ease. My appt came around and it went great. Anesthesia was a great way to go. Recovery is going very well. I cannot thank Dr Orr and his staff enough for their help.
