I'm always greeted warmly and friendly by the administrative staff, and Miguel never keeps me waiting. He's terrific - thorough and efficient. I love the in-house insurance plan and the reasonable rates it provides for both me and my husband. I think Dr. Mark Herman is terrific and very caring. I've confidently recommended quite a few friends to his practice.

I was welcomed with a smile. Liam my hygienist was kind an courteous and explained what ever he was doing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Milanoes told me what I needed was also, kind and explained everything that had to be done in my mouth. Laurie was very sweet and explained the financial plan for services. A very pleasant experience.
Dr. Goldenberg was very professional. Explain the procedure that needs to be done, in a way that i understood everything. Also Dr. Herman added his professional opinion on the matter. Both of them made me feel good.

It's not always great to go to the dentist, unless it's at Dr. Mark Herman's office. He, the office staff and dental hygienist, Miguel, are always pleasant, helpful and caring. They make sure you're comfortable, answer all your questions and take whatever time you need to understand whether it's referring to dental questions or billing questions. They are 5 star!
I have been a patient of Dr. Herman for 18 years. He and his staff provide excellent, competent and professional dentistry at all times. They easily establish a personal rapport with all patients and are sensitive to the patients' needs. We would not think of going anywhere else .
