I thought the office staff was most friendly and efficient. They were helpful with using my insurance and gave me information about future work to be done. Elana was excellent in cleaning my teeth and I would use her again.
I called to say I was having discomfort and was given an appointment for the same day. But also everyone there is extremely nice and accommodating.
I was at the office for a cleaning. As usual Miguel did a Great job and he is a true professional.

With apologies for lateness of my response. As an apprehensive emergency patient, my thanks to DR. Herman and staff for their exemplary service. From entrance to exit (and with assistance from secretary of my dental office in Toronto whose mother, Charlene Bookner, is a patient of Dr. Herman) my heartfelt thanks... and followed no less, by birthday wishes on my 90th.
