I witnessed, Mark Engle, assault one of his patients in his office. Mark Engle shouldn’t even be allowed to operate his bossiness.
Dr. Engel was great. His hygienist told me I was getting a standard cleaning and billed it as periodontal maintenance. I complained up front and was told too bad. I had my insurance plan reverse it, but when I called to confirm my next appointment, the office person argued and hung up on me. I expect better treatment.
