Mark was a consummate professional. Giving a sober and accurate view of the state of the property and the work that would need to be done to it. He was very transparent with feedback and was proactive in prompting next steps in the home buying process. He advocated for us in negotiations and was intent on us getting the best deal possible. At no point did I feel pressured or coerced and I felt like he gave a full picture and then encouraged a step that I had chosen. I would recommend Mark aid you in buying a home.

I’ve used Mark Emily to find me two houses thus far. If I move again, it will certainly be because he has located another perfect home for my situation. I could comment on his professionalism, expertise (on both sides of Lake Washington) and dedication. However, the quality that made me choose him previously, and would lead me to him again, is his ability to understand, much quicker than I did, exactly what I was looking for in a home and direct me to multiple properties that fit my needs.
