Very poor customer service come home from lunch find him in my yard giving an estimate ask who he is what he’s doing he looks at me and says I’m beidding the work and walks away doesn’t introduce himself doesn’t shake my hand my next question is why didn’t you call before you come apparently that upset him and he looks at me and says have a nice day good luck finding a contractor walks away I proceed to try to talk to him he’s very rudely ignoring me all the way to his truck I ask him what his company name as he turns around... read more
Love showing up for a lunch break to see some strange man in my yard!!! Asked if I could help him he stated he was looking at the job ...I said ok you dont call before showing up....He stated have a good day and left!!!!!! How rude can u be when you are being paid to do a job at a customers home dont you think a introduction would have been proper? I will not being using a company that cant even have curtousy to contact us before showing up on my property and introduce him self when I asked who he was......
