Called Mark Edwards Plumbing to diagnose no water at cottage by Burleigh Falls. 2 guys showed up and said I need a new well. They drove back to Peterborough to get the parts (pump, wires, control box, supplies). Came back 2 hours later to install. Finished the work and cottage got water. They could have gone to Lakefield for the parts instead of Peterborough. 30mins drive instead of 2hrs on the clock. And they marked up the cost of the parts.
