Have used this plumber once and tried to use 2 additional times with my home warranty and both times he no showed both times and despite phone calls, and texts as well as calling the warranty company, who also did not hear back from him, you would think in this economy a guaranteed paid job would be jumped at.

The plumber was polite and seemed nice, but communication and follow-through were very poor. I had to repeatedly reach out to confirm timing when he would be coming to diagnose the issue, which was a faucet making loud noise. When he finally arrived, the issue was the sprayer needed to be replaced. He was supposed to submit the diagnostic to the warranty company, but it never was submitted to 2/10 Home Warranty as required. Terrible, terrible terrible. Do Not Hire this guy. I placed a claim with my warrant company and 20 days later he scheduled his first appointment but never showed. 3 days later he did the exact same. He no called no showed multiple times and won’t notify you until you have to call him at 7pm. Then when I asked him if this is his policy, he goes to berate and swear at me as if my demand of attending my warranty after 20 days holds no importance to him. I run a business, this buy is not a professional at all.

Horrible service. Never followed up on time he would come. Came to my house at 7pm at night to tell me we need the water main off. Had an appt between 9-12, had to keep calling to find out if he was coming .never cleaned the toilet seat after putting tools on it. Poor management

My experience my experience has been nothing but pleasurable. He is honest, hard worker, and very professional. There's not that many plumbers that stand in the rain to resolve a pipe issue. I highly recommend.
