I should have been told up front this is a medical resident walk in clinic and overflow from the ED. I should have been told up front that I may have to wait u p to three hours before i am seen. I was shocked after hearing front desk staff tell this to someone else in lobby. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early at 250 pm amd was there until 640pm. Best doctor and care team I've ever been with
I have been seeing eye doctors for over 20 years for vision loss. When I needed to find a new doctor I came across Dr. Robinson giving an interview. I knew he was the one who would listen to all my concerns & be willing to take what I had to say into account for my care. So happy I did my research.
