I should have been told up front this is a medical resident walk in clinic and overflow from the ED. I should have been told up front that I may have to wait u p to three hours before i am seen. I was shocked after hearing front desk staff tell this to someone else in lobby. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early at 250 pm amd was there until 640pm.
