Dr Mark Holm is wonderful. Makes sure his patients understand their condition(s) and their options.
The surgery went well. The only part I have been frustrated with is lack of professionalism when it comes to sending much needed medical records to my insurance company when requested by my self multiple times. One of times I’ve even had a person from their staff on the phone who said he was sending them as we spoke. They’ve never sent them, so I had to contact medical records and send in a “formal request for records”, which I am still waiting… 😡
