Dr Hollingshead and his team responded immediately and proactively to a sudden event earlier this year. Now I have nice results from one routine surgical procedure, and am confidently anticipating another. I get useful information that enables me to care for my eyes and eyesight. I love being Dr. Hollingshead's patient
What I learned about my eyes and why you are referring me to find out more about glaucoma and if I have it. The staff was excellent in helping me out.
I had cataract surgery. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Very streamlined and professional process. Only about 30-40 minutes from start to finish. First day a bit rough because of eye dialator drug but after that pretty much clear vision and no pain. I am not using eye glasses at all which is a little weird after doing so for 30 years. Follow up in a week but I already know it will be fine. At present I am totally satisfied.

I was treated with kindness and understanding when I visited and was treated by Dr. Hollingshead and his staff. I was briefed on what to expect during cataract surgery and how to complete my home care. I'm very pleased with my results!!
Dr H performed 2 different surgeries on my eyes (bleph & cataract). He’s an extraordinary eye surgeon; AND he’s kind, gentle, comforting. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else. In the 10 yrs between my surgeries, tho, his practice grew enormously; and in my pre-surgery ofc visits the 2nd time around, I did notice a cattle call-like feel as I was herded w/others from spot to spot. Plus, the way Dr H and the techs convey info now sounds rote, scripted. That personal feel is no longer there. Sad.
My results from my cataract surgery exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hollingshead is an excellent surgeon! I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. It truly is a miracle to have such sharp vision. The procedure and recovery was relatively easy with the assistance of his friendly and experienced staff. I highly recommend anyone needing cataract surgery to place their care with Dr. Hollingshead.
