Billing problems, incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionist, lack of communication from doctor or nurse make it impossible for me to continue to use my doctor of 10 years. If you are not willing to pay the concierge medicine fee, forget this practice. That may actually be their goal. Stay away from this practice unless you want to pay way more than your monthly ppo insurance fee.
