Dr Mark Collins turned down my daughter for care even though we have same BCBS HMO insurance. We just wanted in clinic, they said no have to use primary care. Said insurance can't be used. I've been going to Dr Mark for years, no longer. His office personal was rude and didn't even listen to us and would not have my daughter have care for her illnesses
My family has been patients of Dr. Collins since he was an assistant of Dr.Schmucker. We have ALWAYS had an excellent relationship with him. My wife became very sick with several chronic problems in 2000. If Dr. Collins wasn't comfortable treating her symptoms, he referred us to very excellent specialists, who gave her great care until the day she died. Dr. Collins was great at coordinating the care of all the specialists. I can't say enough good things about him.
