Dr. Collins always shows concern, is never rushed. Appears to know who I am without reading a chart. He is easy to talk to & works with me not directing me.
Dr. Collins is always caring, courteous and interested in me as a patient. He remembers my issues, treats every issue I express with utmost importance. And he is very knowledgeable and up to date on research which he expresses in such an understandable and approachable way. I’m blessed to have him as my physician.

First of all Dr. Collins has a very disrespectful staff, they hung up on me twice trying to make an appointment over the phone. I guess they don’t care about new patients. And second of all, they need to realize how dirty that waiting area is.
I always get a little irked that sometimes I have to wait a while to get in to see Dr. Collins, but I then see him and remember why I do wait. It is worth it. He never looks or acts rushed, he listens and he is compassionate. The only thing that I don't like about him is that he has to retire one day and I am down an excellent doctor.

I have been a patient of his for some time, he is pretty busy but he is worth the wait he listens to you when you have a problem, he cares and wants you to get better. you can see he has a passion for his craft and it shows, I wish he never retires!!!
Mark has been a great friend and my doctor for more than 20 years. I greatly value his ongoing support, treatment and he is truly a caring and good man.
Dr Mark Collins turned down my daughter for care even though we have same BCBS HMO insurance. We just wanted in clinic, they said no have to use primary care. Said insurance can't be used. I've been going to Dr Mark for years, no longer. His office personal was rude and didn't even listen to us and would not have my daughter have care for her illnesses
