If he tries to refer you to John Harlan, avoid his recommendation by any means necessary. They are colleagues and Mark seemed decent to speak with but he's retiring and not taking new cases and his colleague John Harlan is an absolute DISGUSTING SOUL. If you want to get belittled, this is your guy! He is a straight shooter tells you how it is he is very busy but he will go above and beyond for you! I truly cant say enough about him and staff his receptionist is so sweet and kind.

Mark did a great job for me! Karen is wonderful!! The genuinely feel bad for their client that it takes such a long time for Social Security Administration to get anything done on the client's case. It definitely is NOT a quick process!!
