Bad customer service. Made up there own numbers for trade in instead of going off of a book site. We will stick with naples auto for sure :)
I bought a truck from here last September. They really helped me out And were really great to work with. A couple weeks ago I got ran into and totaled my truck. Mark Down found me a comperable truck to replace mine. The best dealership I have Ever dealt with. Go visit them. I will again.:)
