Stay away! we noted a Zillow listing by Yolanda (Micky) Peterson for 4535 Ironwood Ln, onyx summit with septic tank. We made an offer and it was accepted. Eric Peterson, Micky’s husband, who worked on the cabin reassured us that roof and floor/studs are good. Eric was supposed to meet us for inspection, but never showed up. while signing escrow papers, we hired an inspector for 500$. Inspection showed many issues with floor/studs as well as the roof. You can't give less than 1 star but what a poorly run and managed company. Agent doesn't communicate, and broker is childlike in his response. Was already reaching out to their client to see how to proceed. Shameful company. Go anywhere else.
