This was the worst visit I have ever had with a doctor in life. He was rude, degrading, had zero bed side manner and talked to me as if I wasn't a person with feelings. I was told because of my weight he couldn't help me. Then to really push it home he let me know no one anywhere in the whole USA will give me one. Oh and he didn't have time to be my weightloss counselor. I left crying feeling abused and horrible about myself. He wasn't the Dr. I was referred to but who I was stuck with.

I was very concerned about having knee replacement surgery and my quality of life afterward because I have a very physical job. Dr. Dolan took time to explain my procedure and answer all my questions, until I was confident this was what I wanted to do. I am very impressed with his level of compassion and skill. Even though the scar was the least of my concerns, he did such excellent work that at six weeks post-op, half of it is nearly invisible! I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a total hip replacement w/Dr. Dolan. The entire experience from scheduling, to surgery,to follow up appts. AND help w/ insurance was FLAWLESS.... Hope Orthopedics & Willamette Surgery Center are staffed with stellar health care professionals. I experienced NO pain throughout the entire procedure. A bit of discomfort, but no pain. I took 2 pain pills the first 2 nights before going to sleep, at the recommendations of the nurses to keep ahead of any pain. Thank you Dolan Team!

A year ago I had Accepted being 70 years old and crippled. Thanks Dr. And Team at Hope Orthopedics, I now have pain free mobility for the foreseeable future. I am now riding my bike and my horse, walking the dog and mowing the lawn which was out of my range a year ago. Dr. Dolan has given me a great gift, I have a future. RPM. Ps: Did I mention I am taking my wife dancing!!

Saw Dr. Dolan for the first time and I appreciated his straightforward approach to treatment. He outlined my options and gave me an injection without having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend him.

I did NOT want to have knee replacement surgery! But, when they started to impact my life + Dr. Dolan said it was inevitable, I had to face reality. He never pressured me and told me to come back when I couldn't stand it any longer. When I did, he and Erin took as much time as needed + answered all of my MANY questions and I was confident in my decision and choice of surgeon. My outcome(s - 2 knees) have been good and when I can't stand my hip any more, I won't hesitate to go back to Dr. Dolan.

Dr. Dolan and the Hope Orthopedic Clinic staff treated me with respect and dignity every step of the way through my recent visit. Each person listened carefully and responded appropriately. The treatment received has worked well to relieve discomfort and the information provided on other alternatives has given me much to consider. When I shared about another issue Dr. Dolan was quick to offer a referral to Dr. McCormick. This was one of those other alternatives provided for consideration.
