Arrived for my first cleaning & was greeted by very caring friendly professionals. The dental hygenist, Jen is sweet & very calm! She explained what would transpire.and that the dentist would be checking my teeth as well. The cleaning was thorough and not painful. My teeth look and feel marvelous! I left with a "goodie bag too. Nice job everyone!
The office is welcoming and the staff always greet you when you come in. The staff (all of them!!) are terrific; knowledgeable AND pleasant. They not only care for any immediate concerns, but they also give you a 'heads up' as to things that might need attention in the future. I find everyone at this practice excellent in every way.

I went to finger lakes dental care because it was right by my work and I was in pain. I do not work by my normal dentist. They got me in 1st thing. Most amazing office I've ever seen! And everyone that was there was so nice and pleasant. Was an amazing experience. Its outta my way but I might start going there and having my kids as well, its worth the drive!
It was 5 Stars. My experience with the Finger Lakes has been excellent. The whole office and Dr. Wendy are thoughtful, caring and very understanding. Thanks and will see you soon
Took my 8 and 4 year old girls. They loved the whole experience, especially that the waiting room had a "big TV" and coloring books. They were super excited about the awesome, not generic, super cool toothbrushes, mouthwash and floss that they got to take home as well as the "Treasure Box". I was blown away by the generosity and friendliness of all of the staff to make it a wonderful experience! I would recommend to anyone, especially for kids!
The visit to Finger Lakes is always pleasant. The amenities such as the TVs and courteous dental hygenists and assistants makes it a great experience!
