This is long but worth the read if your thinking about this practice or any other in your area. After reading the good testimonials on their website, I chose this office and DR MARK DAVIS as an in network provider. I originally scheduled for a cleaning and exam. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to no fault of this practice. They kindly accommodated my changes. I had a great experience at Dr. Mark Davis’s dental office. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making check-in easy. The office was clean, modern, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. After finally getting my gums healthy again, I went to Dr. Davis for “updating” my smile. He started doing procedures willy-nilly, disregarded my complaints & pleas for a better plan, and sloughed me off when I asked for an explanation of what he intended to do. Thousands of dollars later, my teeth & gums are in worse condition than ever. I would NEVER recommend Mark Davis to anyone. He’s strictly in it for the bucks. He even has Botox parties at his office.

I had a disagreement with One of the ladies at the front desk. I complained about her. She started making faces at me and I was told not to come back. I took my daughter back for them to finish some work as I was setting in the waiting she started making faces at me and I just had to set there and could do nothing.

I had a crown done a few years back. It was the absolute experience. The dental assistant used cement on the temp crown instead of glue which caused a lot of discomfort when trying to remove to the permanent crown. My permanent crown doesn't fit well, so there is a gap between that tooth and the one next to it. Please see Yelp reviews before visiting this unethical dentist. They treat their customers as dollars. I hope this place goes out of business.
