This doctor has not been taken care of his patients like he is suppose to. My friend has back surgery and had a video appointment with this doctor just for her to show up for it, wait 2 hours for him, and then his office claiming she never showed up for her appointment! Since then they have been making her wait for pain management while she is crying from so much pain! If I were you, I'd definitely be looking for another doctor at least until this virus has passed on! As all he cares about is himself!
Dr.Bergsten has the best bedside personality of any doctor I have ever experienced. My husband had a stroke and was in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for over a month and in the inpatient rehab for most of that time and Dr. Bergsten finally got his meds correct after many tries of other doctors. He also made our long stay enjoyable with his wonderful personality, we just fell in love with him as a person. BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!!!
