Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Excellent doctor! Very personable and gentle. I had to have an ingrown toenail removed and I didn't even feel the injection to deaden my toe. Yes, they treat their staff with respect Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this podiatrist friendly? Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
