This is the worst dental experience I have ever seen! My child is ten years old. He went in for a filling, he was scared as most children are at the dentist. Instead of explains or even addressing My son to make him feel confident that everything would be ok he tells him he has five seconds...then as I'm telling him to wait a moment so I can explain this process to Landen to calm him down, the doctor speaks over me and starts to hold his mouth open to insert the needle. He totally messed up my dentures and made me look like a horse. When I confronted him about this, he refused to fox it, and he lied to my insurance company about this. He claimed he offered to make me a new one, which he clearly did not. Also, he is a racist..he wrote to the insurance company that I do not understand English (which I clearly DO)..my belief is that he made this assertation, due to the fact that I'm an Asian-American.
