Office staff is not organized and they do not prepare for your visit by checking your deductible and ect. I had to prove to them my deductible was met while in the waiting room. The Dr then even argued with me about their process. We have seen him for multiple years and this is how he treats his established patients. My daughter was upset by him and we ended up just leaving when he told me he had 10 minutes because he wanted to go home. Once he found out they were wrong no apologies.
