Dr. Dunn is an excellent doctor. However, the clinic as a whole seems to be overwhelmed which makes getting an appointment or answer to a question via a phone call to his support team In a timely manner is difficult. Providence needs to better support their staff and address staffing shortages.

When husband was diagnosed with dementia 10 years ago, Dr. Dunn was excellent in helping us understand and prepare for what was coming. Each step of the way he has been respectful and never treated husband like he has a disability. During a particular trying time and having to navigate the care facility options, he supported us all the way. Have been seeing Dr. Dunn for several years and really appreciate his manner and listening skills, What I like most about him is that he is not a pill pusher and explains things very well. Have recommended him to my family members, that's how much I trust and admire him.
I just want people to be aware of thier health care. My husband had been a patient of Dr Dunn for years. Yet he passed away of cancer with in 15 days of being diagnosed . I feel Dr Dunn ignored many signs of my husband's illness. He should have had tests done years prior to his diagnosis . I can not explain the pain of loss especially when you think you are under a Dr's care.Ask questions get secondopinions. You can't always trust that Dr's are giving you the best care.
Mark Dunn is one of the most rude and useless doctors I have ever seen. This imbecile doesn't actually do anything else himself. His assistants do ALL of the work, Dunn will never physically touch the patient. He is nothing but a walking phone book, if you have a problem, he might refer you to a doctor who can help, but he sure doesn't know what to do with you. (One of his favorite phrases is I don't know) Totally useless for absolutely anything! I wouldn't let this guy fix a stray dog!
