I have no issue with the care provided by Dr. Dunn, his assistants, or the staff at the Sherwood location. The issue I have is the process (red tape) involved in the care provided. I had a visit in October to address an issue. My concerns were addressed promptly then, but apparently the issue persists and needs more treatment. Dr. Dunn seems to genuinely care about my health status and offers appropriate encouragement to help me take care of myself.
My PCP listens and explains options with a recommended path forward.
