Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Carlson. He has amazing bed-side manner and truly cares for his patients. He is an upfront provider who also takes the time to answer patients questions and concerns. From clinic to delivery, he made me feel valued as a patient and reassured as a first time mom.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. During my first visit with Dr Mark D Carlson, I felt dismissed and talked down to — even though he repeatedly said he “wasn’t trying to.” His tone and lack of empathy made me feel very uncomfortable and even brought me to tears, and no compassion or support was offered in that moment.
