I spent an entire day, not an exaggeration, from 10 to 4 non stop calling hia office trying to speak to someone about scheduling surgery. No one could be bothered to answer their damn phone. So I'll find a different doctor.

I would give zero stars if there was the option. My mother was referred by her GYN because of a mass in her uterus. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL CARE, GO SOMEWHERE ESLE! This office is so impersonal and rude. Dr. Adelson was very disheveled and has absolutely no bedside manner at all! They will only communicate via their patient portal and NEVER gave the positive results of my mother's biopsy to her primary care doctor or to her. My wife recently had issues and was referred to Dr. Adelson by another OB/GYN Doctor and within a couple days she had an appointment. Any time we had questions they were answered promptly and he made sure we didn't need anything else at the time. He did anything he could to help my wife feel comfortable. He performed surgery on her and took extra time to make sure everything was done right and top notch.
