Professional and polite.
Short wait time. Very courteous staff. Quick and accurate diagnosis.
Receiving excellent care from him and his assistant. Answered my questions and explained his treatment plans, clearly. Would recommend him to family and friends.
He's direct and to the point...no unnecessary tests..this was an after-hospital follow up appointment..I particularly like that I can contact him through his staff..
Met with Erica Campos, excellent experience, she expressed genuine concern for me and my treatments, have been a patient of Mark C. and his office for 12 years, they are always top notch professionals
It was my first time having him. Met him in the room before the procedure and he was cheerful. Then talked with him for follow up. He answered all my questions. He was very polite. My husband had him and that's why I chose him. I would reccomend him to my friends.
Cossentino was just absolutely unhelpful with my reflux problem, chocking it up to "gastritis" as I'm sure he does with 100% of his patients, and prescribing Omeprazole. He does not take the time or care to think outside the box, and consider the possibility that no two patients are the same. He'll spend about two minutes with you before prescribing a medication that doesn't work, and without explaining the long term effects of it. I would not recommend him as a GI doctor or as a decent person.
An extremely competent physician. I am a Choice patient through the VA and his insurance staff has difficulty keeping my authorization current. As a result, I am constantly having to reschedule appointments, call TriWest and Dr. Cossentino's staff, postpone labs and other tests and, basically, do his staff's jobs. I love the doctor and dislike the inconvenience involved with seeing him.
