This car buying experience ranks right up there with one of the worst I've had in all of my car buying experiences. We purchase a lot of automobiles - three in the last two months for example, and we've had a very good rapport with the salespersons at the various dealerships from which we purchase our cars. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. I got totally ripped off .I should have got a quote before they did service
I recently bought a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. Two days after I purchased the vehicle I had a problem with it. The vehicles door did not close due to a malfunction with the latch. I was stranded at home and unable to head to work. I had to call a tow truck to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. Since I was unable to drive with the door not closing.
