We have worked with this company several times and thought they were fair in past. Called for a simple toilet switch out in a half bath. We were quoted $140, but they sent two technicians so we ended up getting billed $311. When we inquired we were told it was because our toilet was “awkward.” We would have gone with another company that quoted us $200 if we knew it was going to be this price, very disappointed, will be looking for another plumber.
The REAL deal! Knowledgeable staff, REAL PLUMBERS who do a great job & for a VERY fair price. We needed a water softener and associated plumbing removed. From the photos I sent, Jess estimated the job with time & materials. She was spot on! Nowadays, everyone claims they are a Plumber & HVAC & Electrician. Dave & Mike(?) are true professional plumbers. Beautiful, clean, smart work. NOT our first time using them and certainly won't be the last. Save yourself any headaches & call Cantrell Plumbing!
I'm very disappointed by this company and will not be recommending you to anyone. -The plumber showed up when he wasn't supposed to so I wasn't able to discuss the issue with him. -I called to discuss and it took days for anyone to get back with me. -I had to reach out to even get an estimate for the work. Quick an efficient- They took a water line leak under a slab and made quick and efficeint repairs. They responded the day of the leak on 12/26 when most wouldnt answer a call and set a clear repair plan and delivered. The office, plumberS and excavation team were focused, polite and knowledgable. CANTRELL IS EXCELLENT! Look no further for plumbing services ; )
Mark Cantrell Plumbing is working on my neighbors house across the street 3 doors down. They parked in front of my mailbox and 2 other neighbors mailbox’s that live across from me. I called and spoke to the lady that answers the phone and asked her to have the truck moved away from my mailbox. 2 hours have gone by and so far they have not moved there truck.
